Periyar, 1996: A group of cormorants in the National Park

Periyar, Kerala: Inside the National Park, the view of a bare tree in the middle of a lake, with a group of cormorants resting on it. The cloudy sky, over a strip of dense vegetation, enhances the peculiar profile. This is the slight enlargement of a part of the scan of a slide taken in July-August, 1996.
