Periyar, 1996: On the road towards the park A)

Periyar, Kerala: The suggestive natural landscape of a large river with rocks, surrounded by dense vegetation. There are some houses that appear among the palm trees and a just visible couple of women who are washing clothes on the left, too. This is a view on the road from Kottayam to the Periyar National Park. The image is the scan of a slide taken in July-August, 1996.
