Mahabalipuram, 1996: A view of the Krishna’s butter ball.

Description

Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu: A view from below of the Krishna’s butter ball, a giant stone with a rounded shape that rests on a small flat region at the beginning of the main town hill slope. One would say that it should roll down from a moment to the other, instead it was already in that position a lot of time ago. In fact, it has been recently talked about this subject even as an evidence for extra-terrestrial life. In the photo, there is a goat that lies down near Krishna’s butter ball base, by giving back the stone largeness, too. This is the enlargement of part of the scan of a slide taken in July-August, 1996.
