Two whales near the coast

Two whales, probably a mother and its son, along the coast of the peninsula Valdes, in Argentina, at the surface of the calm sea, with flying seagulls. This is the "Eubalaena australis". One of the animals is projecting its characteristic jet of water, which height is enhanced by the dark and deep coast. This is the scan of a slide taken by a Nikon (Argentina, 2003).
