Assisi: The ancient Santa Chiara church is characterized both by the alternance of white and rose-colored bricks and by the series of half arcs on one of its sides. Here a close view of these last ones. The dome of another church of the town, “Chiesa Nuova” (the New Church), surrounded by them, is visible on the background (Agoust, 2013).
